Chef Jay was great my family and I had so much fun! We did this to celebrate our families March bdays in one and was so happy we did this instead of our usual Birthday dinners. And for about the same price we would spend eating out somewhere. He starts cooking mostly everything first before games, so at one point I thought there wasn’t going to be anything interactive but it was soo much fun once we did. Our kids couldn’t stop talking about how much fun it was! Recommend Telling him you like your steak cooked rare though because it was well done, all the seafood was amazing though especially the jumbo scallops and shrimp!
Jay had our family laughing for a couple of hours! We really enjoyed the food as well. The fried rice was not a traditional Asian flavored fried rice and it was our favorite part. Highly recommend!

A Bamboo Hibachi Private Hibachi Chef experience is a perfect way to celebrate a birthday. Chef AZ was amazing! He was funny, great with the kids, and the food was so tasty. Looking toward to having him at our next event!
